Because the Veta product line was tested, piloted and proven at select A-list salons prior to being launched to the public.
If you don't see and feel the results, we'll refund you. Simply return it to us within 60 days of purchase, and we will issue a full refund to your original method of payment.
Our policy lasts 60 days because most users will observe results within this time if using the products as directed.
To be eligible for a return, simply return the item(s), used or unused, in the original packaging. To complete your return, the purchase must have been completed through Veta.com. We can not refund items purchased from a salon; please contact your salon to inquire about their respective return policies.
Once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and processed a full refund. A credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3 business days.
To return your product please mail it to the Return Address on your original packing slip.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
When adding items to your cart you can choose a one-time purchase (at full price) or you can elect to subscribe to a recurring order (at a 5% discount). The default selection when shopping is always a one-time order. We will never automatically charge you unless you have selected to subscribe.
All subscriptions can be canceled at any time. The scheduling of recurring orders can also be altered at any time.
